💼 About This Role

You'll lead the West Region sales team for a fast-growing cybersecurity company serving Fortune 500 clients. You'll own the territory P&L and drive revenue through enterprise sales motions. This role offers the chance to build and mentor an elite team while working at the intersection of AI and security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and mentor an elite team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Own West territory P&L and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
• Enforce Force Management methodology and Command of the Message.
• Act as trusted advisor to CISOs at Fortune 500 companies.

📋 Requirements

• Enterprise sales experience with 6-9 month cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
• At least 1 year of first-line management experience leading a sales team.
• Mastery of Command of the Message and MEDDICC sales methodologies.
• Cybersecurity industry fluency to converse with CISOs and CFOs.
