You'll create and execute social media strategy for Inkitt, Galatea, and CandyJarTV, driving cultural conversations and building brand loyalty. You'll manage a team and leverage AI tools to produce scroll-stopping content across TikTok and Instagram. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape social identities for a next-gen entertainment powerhouse.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and execute social media strategy for Inkitt, Galatea, and CandyJarTV.
• Create and post up to 10 multimedia content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Manage and hire a team of social media direct reports.
• Review performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure targets are achieved.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of social media marketing experience
• People management experience strongly preferred
• Camera facing - comfortable appearing in video content
• Deeply plugged into pop culture, BookTok, romance shows, and trends

✨ Nice to Have

• Skilled in content creation, editing, design with tools such as Capcut, Adobe, Canva, AI tools
• Experience growing brands from launch to maturity
• Strong enthusiasm for Galatea stories and CandyJarTV content
