Description

You will define, develop, and execute processes to ensure high-quality radar products, drive the internal quality management system to AS9100 standards, and partner with product development, production, and field operations to continuously improve product quality through root cause analyses and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
• 2+ years experience with PCBAs, electrical assemblies, or electronics manufacturing
• Ability to interpret PCB schematics, layouts, and BOMs
• Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and component-level troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies)

Responsibilities

• Own calibration procedure and calibration of production and development assets
• Own 6S for production and development areas
• Review engineering drawings, manufacturing and inspection work instructions
• Verify and inspect incoming PCBAs, COTS, and mechanical components
• Trend quality metrics and lead root cause analysis and corrective action
