Description

You will design, develop, and manage automation projects for semiconductor packaging and assembly, working closely with process engineers and equipment manufacturers to commission production solutions. Your work will help make Starlink more affordable and accessible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or STEM
• 1+ years of experience with electrical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, or manufacturing (internship applicable)
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage automation projects from factory ideation to hand-off to operations
• Design electrical systems compliant to NEC, NFPA, UL508A regulations
• Ensure machines comply with electrical, mechanical, and robot safety requirements
• Create schedules and budgets, and motivate the team to achieve them
