💼 About This Role
You'll help customers use Bigblue and solve day-to-day problems, while educating them on logistics and tech aspects. You'll be the merchant's voice to improve the app and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-growing scale-up.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to customer requests via chat and build personalized relationships
- Find quick and adapted solutions to each customer problem
- Help and train merchants on the Bigblue App to make them experts
- Enrich Help Center content to support user independence
- Gather feedback and liaise with Product and Ops teams
📋 Requirements
- 1+ year in a client-facing role
- Organizational and time management skills
- Native Spanish and fluent English
- Analytical mindset
