💼 About This Role

You'll help customers use Bigblue and solve day-to-day problems, while educating them on logistics and tech aspects. You'll be the merchant's voice to improve the app and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-growing scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer requests via chat and build personalized relationships
  • Find quick and adapted solutions to each customer problem
  • Help and train merchants on the Bigblue App to make them experts
  • Enrich Help Center content to support user independence
  • Gather feedback and liaise with Product and Ops teams

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year in a client-facing role
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Native Spanish and fluent English
  • Analytical mindset

  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms
