💼 About This Role

You'll join Equativ as they start Japan operations and set up the founding team. You'll be a critical member to start the local demand-side business by taking on all sales activities. You'll build the future of Equativ Japan by developing and executing the sales strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute sales and partnerships strategy with DSPs, agencies, and curators.
• Present sales forecasts through CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with demand-side partners.
• Market complete Equativ product offerings including managed services and programmatic solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or partnerships at a digital ad tech company.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience working with DSPs and programmatic media-buying.
• Existing network in Japanese agencies and fluency in native Japanese and business English.

• Knowledge of digital media and advertising technology trends.
• Ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
