You'll deliver OCM services for Microsoft 365 adoption in the public sector, helping organizations succeed in their digital transformation. You'll work with an elite team to conduct change management activities, build communication and training plans, and measure adoption success. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct OCM activities including workshops, surveys, and focus groups
• Develop and execute new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot
• Build communication, training, and champions plans
• Educate end-users and stakeholders to ease digital transformation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Expertise in OCM projects applied to Microsoft 365
• Proven track record working with enterprise customers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GCC High migration projects
• Experience with Copilot deployment and Power Platform
• PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification
