You will own the full sales cycle for California health system partnerships, from prospecting to close, focusing on expanding our Enhanced Care Management program. This strategic role involves building relationships with hospitals and health systems, managing complex deal cycles, and navigating executive-level conversations to scale whole-person care for Medicaid members.
Requirements
- Experience in California health system sales and contracting
- Ability to navigate VP and C-suite level conversations
- Proven track record of managing complex deal cycles to close
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Individual contributor with end-to-end sales ownership
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for California health system partnerships
- Drive growth of Enhanced Care Management program through hospital partnerships
- Self-source approximately 50% of pipeline through outbound outreach and networking
- Manage long and complex deal cycles with executive-level stakeholders
- Partner with senior leadership and BD support to develop strategic accounts
