Description

In this role, you will drive the growth of Speechmatics' Voice AI portfolio by setting product strategy and direction. You'll work with customers and internal teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that create impact across industries. You'll act as a product evangelist and collaborate with engineering and go-to-market teams to shape features and launch products.

Requirements

• Full spectrum product experience leading cross-functional teams to business success in tech scale-ups
• Results-driven and execution-focused in ambiguous environments
• Curious with first-principles approach to product growth
• AI/ML literate (LLMs, evals, performance/latency/cost trade-offs, data pipelines, guardrails)
• Innovator in technology and GTM

Responsibilities

• Leading strategy and execution of Voice AI products from development to go-to-market
• Igniting enthusiasm internally and externally about the product vision
• Scaling product-led growth with developers and implementing GTM engineering approaches
• Gathering market, customer, and technical insights to drive the product roadmap
