You'll provide technical support for HIV program data quality and monitoring in Côte d'Ivoire, assisting government and implementing partners. You'll resolve issues through remote guidance and in-person training at health facilities. This role combines field support with data-driven troubleshooting to improve health outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve data quality tickets via phone and proactive outreach
• Conduct in-person training and mentorship at health facilities
• Monitor and evaluate data quality with project partners

📋 Requirements

• Residency in Côte d'Ivoire
• Native or near-native fluency in French
• Experience working in health information systems and routine data collection
• Knowledge of HIV guidelines and testing algorithm

• Experience with Excel spreadsheets
• Knowledge of ScanForm
• Familiarity with other HIV program areas
