💼 About This Role

You'll perform penetration testing and incident response to protect Talkdesk's cloud platform. Your work will directly improve security posture across applications and AI-powered features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform manual and automated penetration testing of web applications and APIs.
• Lead incident response including detection, containment, and post-incident reviews.
• Conduct security investigations to identify root causes and attack paths.
• Triage and validate findings from internal and external penetration tests.

📋 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of application and systems security.
• Practical experience with penetration testing tools and techniques.
• Experience conducting security investigations and incident response.
• Scripting or coding in Python, Ruby, or Java.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience testing cloud-native environments (AWS).
• Familiarity with DAST, SAST, or IAST tools.
• Relevant certifications like OSCP or CISSP.
