Description

You will work with clients to provide a successful customer experience, generate sales of all product lines, and secure new customers by phone, email, and in-person. You will focus on designers, remodelers, builders, and retail customers while also working showroom hours, including Saturdays.

Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in construction industry product sales
• Self-motivated with a drive to close sales
• Strong communication skills, both internal and external
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional showroom experience for clients
• Conduct sales presentations and assist customers on the showroom floor and by phone/email
• Enter orders, coordinate with production, delivery, and installation
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue
