Description

You will coordinate and maintain nursing assistant schedules in a vibrant community setting, ensuring all shifts are filled promptly. You'll respond to scheduling changes and collaborate with the Coach to keep staffing accurate.

Requirements

• Current CNA-STNA certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (email, text)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to develop good working relationships with diverse partners
• Experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or with scheduling software (e.g., Schedule Pop) preferred

Responsibilities

• Compile schedules from Scheduling Coordinators and upload into Master Schedule using Schedule Pop
• Coordinate with CNA staff and Coach to complete scheduling tasks during worked shifts
• Respond to call-offs and schedule changes 24/7 (Mon-Fri and every other weekend) within reasonable time
• Collaborate with Coach to maintain current staffing roster and accurate time records
• Train new Scheduling Coordinators and serve as a resource for scheduling
