🎯 What You'll Do

• Design ad assets and landing pages backed by data
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns
• Edit video assets for platform-specific formats
• Collaborate with media and content teams on creative alignment

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in performance-driven graphic design
• 1 year experience with motion graphics
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic video editing with Premiere Pro or After Effects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B testing
