🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of data scientists across US, Europe, and India
• Develop predictive and causal models for patient targeting and campaign measurement
• Oversee deployment of ML models for real-time bidding and privacy-safe identity resolution
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams on data-driven solutions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
• 3+ years leading data science teams
• Python, SQL, Spark and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost
• Experience with adtech platforms or marketing analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
• Experience with healthcare data ecosystem (claims, RWD, HCP/patient data)
• Familiarity with LLM providers (Claude, OpenAI, Ollama)
