Description

You will guide students in a learner-driven, Montessori-inspired private school, fostering academic achievement, positive culture, and real-world projects. You'll create rigorous lesson plans, build relationships, and collaborate with a team to prepare students for their future.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience managing mixed-age groups of children
• Must be able to work extended hours and through the summer
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
• Prior teaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of each student's academic achievement and growth
• Build a positive studio culture of hard work, high standards, warmth, and joy
• Write lesson plans and rigorous, engaging projects for students
• Provide structured academic interventions using real-time data
• Communicate with parents about student SEL and academic progress
