💼 About This Role

You'll assist management with opening and closing the store while providing excellent customer service and driving sales. You'll also support new employees and handle inventory tasks. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ years of retail leadership experience looking for a part-time, onsite position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and inform them of products and services.
• Open and close the store, arriving early and leaving late.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and identifying discrepancies.
• Process cash transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

• Knowledge of in-house products to provide recommendations.
• Experience training new employees on procedures and customer service.
