💼 About This Role

You'll own the full-cycle sales process for SMB accounts, working inbound and outbound opportunities. Your core impact is driving pipeline growth and refining go-to-market messaging. You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing at a legal AI company with true product-market fit.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own inbound leads from qualification to close
  • Prospect outbound via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events
  • Run full sales cycle: discovery, value mapping, close
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce for forecasting

📋 Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years in a Sales or Sales Associate role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication: persuasive, concise, and human
  • Resilient and coachable: acts fast on feedback and maintains momentum

✨ Nice to Have

  • SDR or BDR experience
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or financial services
