You'll own the customer lifecycle for a book of Merchant Services clients, driving adoption, retention, and growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging payment-processing expertise to resolve issues and propose improvements. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on problem-solving at a fast-growing fintech.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Transition customers from onboarding to long-term adoption and success.
- Facilitate training, cadence calls, and Executive Business Reviews.
- Build Strategic Account Plans with retention and growth strategies.
- Advocate for customers across sales, product, and professional services.
- Resolve high-severity customer issues and drive cross-functional solutions.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in a SaaS Customer Success role with renewal and expansion responsibility.
- Strong merchant services/payment processing background.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
- Proven experience advising CFOs and AR/Cash Application leaders.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP-integrated AR and payments workflows (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics).
- Knowledge of payments optimization trends like CEDP and Level 3 processing.
- Experience partnering with internal teams on complex, regulated scenarios.
