You'll own the customer lifecycle for a book of Merchant Services clients, driving adoption, retention, and growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging payment-processing expertise to resolve issues and propose improvements. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on problem-solving at a fast-growing fintech.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Transition customers from onboarding to long-term adoption and success.
  • Facilitate training, cadence calls, and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Build Strategic Account Plans with retention and growth strategies.
  • Advocate for customers across sales, product, and professional services.
  • Resolve high-severity customer issues and drive cross-functional solutions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in a SaaS Customer Success role with renewal and expansion responsibility.
  • Strong merchant services/payment processing background.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience advising CFOs and AR/Cash Application leaders.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP-integrated AR and payments workflows (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of payments optimization trends like CEDP and Level 3 processing.
  • Experience partnering with internal teams on complex, regulated scenarios.
