💼 About This Role

You'll join NEORIS (part of EPAM) as a DevOps Associate supporting cloud and Kubernetes environments for a financial sector project. You'll ensure the continuity and operation of production services through monitoring and incident response. This role offers hands-on experience with Grafana and AWS in a multicultural digital accelerator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor services, infrastructure, and applications with Grafana.
• Analyze metrics, alerts, and dashboards to identify incidents.
• Review logs and workload status in Kubernetes using kubectl/k9s.
• Diagnose pods with restarts, probe failures, or resource anomalies.
• Manage credentials and access, support certificate rotation in AWS.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in DevOps support or operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (pods, services, logs, troubleshooting).
• Experience with Grafana monitoring and metric analysis.
• Knowledge of AWS access management and credentials.
• Reside in Medellín.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python).
