💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as an Outside Sales Retail Account Manager for heavy equipment in Wichita, KS. You'll build relationships with construction equipment buyers, educate them on product benefits, and manage a book of business to drive sales growth. This role offers uncapped commission and a company-provided truck or allowance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with construction equipment buyers and prospective clients
• Educate customers on benefits of purchasing from an EquipmentShare dealership
• Nurture and manage book of business to keep clients informed of promotions
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to grow business footprint

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in construction-related industry
• Proven ability to provide fantastic customer service
• Self-driven with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
