Description
You will own and continuously improve revenue onboarding, ongoing sales training, and the Sales Hub on SharePoint. You'll design training programs, coordinate content with subject matter experts, deliver live enablement sessions, and keep resources organized and current. This role directly impacts the readiness of revenue teams and partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, and engineering.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building onboarding programs and leading training sessions in a GTM environment
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, technical, and marketing teams
- Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb preferred) and SharePoint content management
- Ability to travel 10-25%
- Background in OEM, vendor, or solution provider ecosystem preferred
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and evolve onboarding programs for all revenue-facing roles using LMS (Absorb)
- Deliver recurring revenue training sessions on skills, product/solution knowledge, and process updates
- Own structure, UX, governance, and maintenance of Sales Hub (SharePoint) and Absorb LMS instances
- Serve as program manager for SKO content development including agenda, sessions, speakers, and materials
- Define and track KPIs for onboarding and training effectiveness, using feedback loops to optimize programs
