You'll take ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts with growth potential, re-engaging and expanding existing customer relationships. Your core impact is driving consistent revenue growth through proactive upsell and cross-sell of Kaseya's product suite. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of SMB/MME accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell
- Re-engage low-engagement customers and build strong relationships
- Develop tailored account plans and conduct regular business reviews
- Monitor product adoption and address gaps to drive retention
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of account management or sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong commercial mindset with passion for account growth
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
