  • Own a portfolio of SMB/MME accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell
  • Re-engage low-engagement customers and build strong relationships
  • Develop tailored account plans and conduct regular business reviews
  • Monitor product adoption and address gaps to drive retention

  • 2+ years of account management or sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with passion for account growth
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
