You'll lead and develop a litigation paralegal team at a top personal injury firm, ensuring cases move forward and standards stay high. You'll actively manage an assigned caseload while providing hands-on training and ongoing coaching to your team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage an assigned litigation caseload alongside team leadership duties
• Train and mentor paralegals and litigation assistants
• Review team timecards, PTO, and performance KPIs
• Draft and e-file court pleadings and discovery documents

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role overseeing legal support staff
• Strong working knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules
• Ability to work during Mountain Time business hours

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SmartAdvocate software
• Trial preparation and attendance experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
