As a Resident Assistant at Otterbein, you'll provide quality ADL care, assist with cooking and housekeeping, and respond to resident needs—all while building genuine connections in a person-centered community. You can choose your own schedule through our staffing agency and earn competitive hourly wages.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• CPR/First Aid course desired
• Previous experience working with elders preferred
• Experience in light housekeeping and laundry
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide quality ADL care including teeth care, toileting, bathing, and dressing
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and toileting
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nurse
