Description

As a Research Intern, you will conduct cutting-edge research in reinforcement learning for autonomous driving and robotics. You'll work with leading experts, access millions of miles of fleet data, and deploy your methods into real-world systems including self-driving cars and humanoid robots. Your contributions will directly impact customers' programs and the company's business value.

Requirements

• Strong research background in relevant RL topics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Current PhD or MSc studies in machine learning, computer vision, graphics, or robotics
• Passion for next-generation scalable autonomy and robotics

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on reinforcement learning topics including large-scale self-play RL and VLA post-training
• Work on large-scale closed-loop RL based on neural simulation for autonomous driving
• Investigate fundamental RL topics and imitative behavior learning
• Collaborate with Research Scientists and Engineers on high-quality publications
• Contribute to and learn from best practices in autonomy and robotics industries
