You'll join Motorway, the UK's fastest-growing used car marketplace, as a Dealer Governance Specialist. You'll maintain an engaged and compliant dealer community by enforcing policies and managing risks. You'll also develop scalable solutions to ensure a safe and trustworthy marketplace for sellers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage escalations and review dealer behaviour through ticketing system
• Support initiatives to reduce dealer-led cancellations
• Complete onboarding activities ensuring compliance with T&Cs
• Make decisions on dealer sanctions using established frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Customer support or frontline operations experience
• Analytical approach with ability to spot trends in data
• Stakeholder communication skills from specialist to C-suite
• Collaborative problem-solving with multiple teams
