As a Program/Product Manager, you will own program health, leading Agile software development teams and engaging directly with DoD stakeholders. You will balance execution, strategy, and relationship management to drive mission success in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in program, project, or product management with Agile focus
- Proven leadership in software development teams
- Strong written and verbal communication with senior DoD stakeholder experience
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- U.S. citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile software development teams and manage product roadmaps
- Engage with DoD stakeholders to build customer intimacy and adapt to shifting requirements
- Balance execution, strategy, and relationship management for program success
- Drive future opportunities by collaborating on RFI/RFP responses and strategic initiatives
- Bridge technical teams and customer stakeholders as a key liaison
