💼 About This Role

You'll lead the visual direction and creative strategy for our mobile game portfolio. You'll define artistic vision, ensure visual consistency, and guide artists to deliver world-class aesthetics. This role is central to shaping how our games look and feel globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX direction across products.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to artists.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams.
• Review and approve all visual deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years experience in game art or UI/UX.
• At least 1-2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Deep understanding of mobile game art styles and UI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools.

• Background in mobile gaming.
• Experience with animation or motion design.
• Portfolio showcasing leadership in visual direction.
