You'll partner with founders on strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives at an AI-physics frontier company. Your core impact is building frameworks and systems that drive decisions. You'll own end-to-end projects with high ambiguity and work at the center of a scaling startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with founders on strategic planning and high-stakes decisions
• Own critical cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Build models and analyses for headcount, resources, and OKRs
• Support operating cadence: meetings, board prep, offsites

📋 Requirements

• Degree in physics, mathematics, or engineering
• 7+ years experience in high-velocity environment
• Exceptional analytical and modeling ability
• Outstanding written and verbal communication

• Physics or materials science research background
• Management consulting, investment banking, or VC experience
• Experience building financial models
