💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global vendor quality strategy at a clinical-stage vaccine company, ensuring compliance and inspection readiness across GxP supplier networks. Your work will directly impact the development of high-fidelity vaccines to protect against bacterial diseases. This role offers the chance to build and shape a vendor management QA program from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and define the global Vendor Management Quality Program.
• Oversee supplier audit program including preparation, scheduling, and closeout.
• Provide strategic direction for Quality Agreements.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Vendor Management QA team.

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA in a scientific discipline and 12 years of GxP Quality experience in biotech/pharma.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, supplier quality, and audit programs.
• Deep knowledge of GMPs, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
