You'll lead product discovery and shape AI-native workflows for a new CRM built for financial advisors. You'll own design from systems to microcopy, working closely with engineering in a zero-to-one environment. This role blends the best parts of design and PM, with fast-paced iterative cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct customer discovery calls and synthesize insights
• Design interaction flows and high-fidelity prototypes
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Collaborate with engineers on implementation

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional product design experience
• Experience designing scalable design systems
• Bachelor's degree with strong product passion

• Familiarity with Shad or similar design systems
