💼 About This Role

You'll support resolution of issues with production transaction and interface files, fine-tuning database indexes and storage configurations, patches, and version upgrades. You'll handle configuration and administrative activities for Oracle Database, ZFS, LVM, and Exadata. This role is with a woman-owned consulting firm serving the federal government, known for its strong culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and administer Oracle Database systems
• Fine-tune database indexes and storage configurations
• Apply patches and perform version upgrades
• Resolve issues with production transaction and interface files

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in database administration
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Experience with Oracle DBMS
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud-based database services (Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, Azure SQL)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra
• Oracle DBA Certified Associate certificate
