You'll build and lead a team of Observability Architects guiding strategic customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. This role shapes a brand-new function at the forefront of the observability space, influencing product direction and setting industry standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Observability Architects
• Define and execute impactful customer lifecycle frameworks
• Direct team work based on goals from leadership
• Partner with sales on customer programs and events

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading a team
• 5+ years in high tech industry
• Deep knowledge of Grafana LGTM stack or competing observability products
• Direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Open Source selling or Cloud first/Product led sales
• Familiarity with additional observability tools
