💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry by providing maintenance and repair for pump, power, and HVAC equipment. Using our proprietary T3 platform, you'll diagnose issues faster and work smarter, not harder.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC, and air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations.
• Use technology (laptops and tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (must be at least 21)
• High School diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months)
• Trade school certificate
• Field service experience
