๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll support US Space Command's J779 Lessons Learned Branch by executing all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle. You'll perform high-level analysis and develop standards to alter training or operational missions. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact space exercises and coordinate with senior leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Perform quantitative/qualitative research and independent evaluations of operations and exercises.
  • Plan, develop, execute, and analyze joint assessments and wargames.
  • Coordinate with USSPACECOM staff and other commands to provide study recommendations.
  • Compile After Action Reports, Executive Summaries, and Corrective Action Plans.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in initiating and developing Government specified content for USSPACECOM J7 joint exercises.
  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI, ACCM and SAP eligibility.
  • Experience providing strategic advice and technical guidance for complex programs.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Completion of JPME I is highly desired, and JPME II is preferred.
  • Previous experience on a Combatant Command or Joint Staff.
  • Current/relevant space/joint space operations knowledge.
