๐ผ About This Role
You'll support US Space Command's J779 Lessons Learned Branch by executing all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle. You'll perform high-level analysis and develop standards to alter training or operational missions. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact space exercises and coordinate with senior leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Perform quantitative/qualitative research and independent evaluations of operations and exercises.
- Plan, develop, execute, and analyze joint assessments and wargames.
- Coordinate with USSPACECOM staff and other commands to provide study recommendations.
- Compile After Action Reports, Executive Summaries, and Corrective Action Plans.
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in initiating and developing Government specified content for USSPACECOM J7 joint exercises.
- Current Top Secret clearance with SCI, ACCM and SAP eligibility.
- Experience providing strategic advice and technical guidance for complex programs.
โจ Nice to Have
- Completion of JPME I is highly desired, and JPME II is preferred.
- Previous experience on a Combatant Command or Joint Staff.
- Current/relevant space/joint space operations knowledge.
