💼 About This Role

You'll support members through their care journey after a scan, managing referrals, follow-ups, and clinical navigation with empathy. You'll own member cases end-to-end, working closely with clinical teams to ensure every referral is completed and no member falls through the gaps. This role is for someone who combines strong organisational skills with genuine care for people.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate member referrals and follow-up actions end-to-end
• Perform insurance eligibility checks and prior authorization requests
• Document cases and ensure quality standards are met
• Handle complex member situations with empathy and escalate appropriately

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years experience in patient navigation or care coordination
• Strong understanding of US healthcare systems including insurance and prior authorization
• Experience with EHRs like Epic, Athena, or similar
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Multispecialty referral coordination or preventative healthcare experience
• Background in dermatology, cardiology, or primary care
• Familiarity with QA processes or SOP frameworks
