You'll lead the commercial strategy and launch execution for oncology products in Spain. You'll build the local commercial organization and ensure cross-functional alignment with Medical Affairs and Market Access. 📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD)
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial roles
• Significant experience in oncology commercial leadership at country level
• Proven track record of successful oncology product launches in Spain

✨ Nice to Have

• US-based or global biotech experience
• Experience in a build-out or first-in-country role
