💼 About This Role

You'll design and build production AI systems for logistics at a multi-tenant scale with real monetary impact. You'll own the technical heart of AI initiatives, from data pipelines and models to LLM agent orchestration and rigorous evaluation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build end-to-end AI systems from discovery to operation.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scoped, measurable solutions.
• Build data pipelines feeding models and product surfaces.
• Design rigorous evaluation systems for quality and regression detection.
• Integrate LLMs in production with prompt engineering, tool use, cost/latency management.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years total experience, 3+ years in production ML/AI systems.
• 4+ years software engineering including 2+ years maintaining ML/AI in production.
• Practical experience with LLMs in production: prompt engineering, function calling, RAG.
• Strong knowledge of Python (or Go, Rust, TypeScript) and at least one ML framework.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Deep experience with commercial LLM APIs in production.
• Experience with multi-tenant systems and security trade-offs.
