💼 About This Role

You'll conduct welfare-focused home visits for customers in debt, helping them set up sustainable repayment plans. You'll use strong communication and empathy to turn stressful situations into manageable paths forward. This field-based role combines lone working with phone-based account resolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete welfare-focused home visits to customers in debt
• Have open conversations around affordability and vulnerability
• Gather information on property and occupants for next steps
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails when not on road

📋 Requirements

• Customer service or field role experience is highly desirable
• High levels of empathy and resilience
• Full UK driving licence with 2 years' driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence
