💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer implementations for Cloudinary's Professional Services team, owning delivery from kickoff through go-live. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into scalable solutions using the CLOUD methodology. This hybrid role combines project leadership, product consultation, and customer engagement in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end implementation delivery from kickoff to go-live.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Solution Architects on complex technical implementations.
• Deliver light-to-moderate complexity projects independently.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS implementation consulting or project delivery.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle SaaS implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Experience working with digital media, DAM, or martech ecosystems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Cloudinary, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or Shopify.
• Experience working alongside system integrators or delivery partners.
• Experience improving delivery methodologies or playbooks.
