• Absorb knowledge from experienced managers on retail operations
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing staff
• Analyze sales data to help achieve targets
• Oversee daily store operations and manage inventory

📋 Requirements

• Retail or management experience preferred but not required
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire others
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work variable schedule including weekends and holidays
