• Design and run the leadership team operating cadence
• Translate CEO priorities into scoped projects with ownership
• Prepare board materials, agendas, and follow-ups
• Triage incoming asks and structure CEO's time

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with strategy consulting or investment banking background
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity
• Sharp written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English and EU work authorization or eligibility to relocate
