You'll join the Western Division as a commissioned 1099 agent, marketing and selling commercial real estate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You'll collaborate with senior agents to build your client base and close deals using the firm's proprietary listing system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Market investment real estate to active investors
• Collaborate with Senior Agents on business and career goals
• Prepare broker opinions of value and market comparables
• Negotiate offers, listing agreements, and sales agreements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of continuous professional work experience
• Real estate license (can be completed during training)
• Sales or real estate experience preferred
