💼 About This Role

You'll join Forbright, a mission-driven bank, to execute and improve deposit operations functions through trend analysis and proactive risk control. You'll own end-to-end processing, Tier II phone support, and escalations, delivering accurate outcomes while recommending systemic improvements. This hybrid role requires work in the Chevy Chase, MD office 2-3 days/week and offers exposure to digital banking operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and process daily queue items like mobile remote deposit capture exceptions.
• Analyze transaction trends and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as primary Tier II phone support for deposit operations.
• Support escalations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of bank operations experience.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• National Check Professional (NCP) accreditation preferred.
• Prior item/check/payment processing experience preferred.
