You'll own Gamma's data infrastructure and architecture, scaling to hundreds of millions of users and petabytes of data. You'll design distributed systems that handle massive scale and set technical direction for data infrastructure across the company. This role balances hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a collaborative in-office environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end event pipeline architecture from Kafka to Snowflake
• Design and architect distributed data systems at massive scale
• Lead initiatives for CDC pipelines and streaming data transformations
• Establish best practices for data quality and pipeline reliability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years as a data or software engineer with distributed systems expertise
• Expert-level Apache Kafka knowledge
• Extensive Snowflake experience with performance optimization
• Proven track record architecting data infrastructure through growth

• Proficiency with dbt and Terraform
