You'll join WeRide's Metrics Team to build scalable evaluation frameworks for L3+ ADAS and L4 autonomous driving systems. You'll design data pipelines and metric systems to quantify system capabilities and drive continuous improvement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create algorithms to evaluate safety and performance of autonomous driving systems.
• Design data pipelines and metric systems to quantify system capabilities.
• Analyze autonomous driving test data and identify system issues.
• Build frameworks for evaluating autonomous driving behavior.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in C++ with strong programming foundation
• Expertise in SQL and Python for big data processing
• Experience with Linux/Unix development environment

• Skills in metric design and analysis
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms
