🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
• Review title reports, surveys, and legal documents.
• Prepare closing documents and oversee disbursements.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of escrow or title services experience.
• Active Escrow Officer license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Notary preferred.
• Experience with Doubletime or Qualia.
• Additional real estate education or certifications.
