🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable Specialist
• Streamline invoice processing, payments, and vendor management using NetSuite
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee employee expense reports in Concur
• Assist with month-end close and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 5+ years AP supervision
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable
• ERP expertise (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong GAAP knowledge and audit familiarity
