🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee field installation quality for electrical/mechanical components
• Manage small team of 1-3 technicians
• Perform initial power-up and low-voltage testing
• Execute system wiring verification, sensor calibration, and communication checks

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, power distribution, and BESS components
• Experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning procedures
• Experience with Medium Voltage switching procedures
• Associate degree, military training, or equivalent experience in electrical/mechanical systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Safety certifications (OSHA 30, OSHA 10, NFPA 70E)
• First Aid, CPR, AED certification
